Campaign Now provided critical strategy, targeting, messaging, and MMS deployment to rally conservative hunters and Second Amendment supporters around Senate Bill 01 and House Bill 12, aimed at making Louisiana a "Constitutional Carry" state. • Investment: The campaign cost $17,000, achieving a cost per action of $6.30.

• Engagement: 135,000 recipients opened the messages, with approximately 2,700 voters taking action by contacting their representatives.

Legislative Outcome:

The Louisiana House passed Senate Bill 1 on February 28, 2024, by a vote of 75-28. This bill, which allows for concealed carry without a permit, is expected to be signed into law by Governor Jeff Landry, positioning Louisiana as the 28th state to implement permitless carry laws.
